Love is in the air. Rico Love, that is.
The music world came together Saturday for a private dinner celebrating Rico Love's 30th birthday at the SLS Hotel South Beach. Diddy, Pharrell Williams, Fat Joe, Russell Simmons and Kelly Rowland feasted and drank Grey Goose into the night as they toasted the music mogul on his big 3-0.
Diddy led the birthday toast, commending his friend for "working his way up from Harlem." Rico told the crowd, "I'm blessed."
Partygoers were treated to delicious fare from SLS restaurant Katsuya, including rock shrimp tempura, miso marinated black cod, and blue crab rolls. After dinner, the candles were lit on a three-tier cake provided by Hublot watches, accompanied by a miniature cake, designed as a Hublot watch replica.
Beyoncé and Jay-Z were also at the SLS, enjoying a romantic dinner upstairs in the exclusive room, Sam's Lounge. Earlier in the evening, the twosome attended an Art Basel exhibit at The Standard Spa Miami Beach and met up with the group later at Nikki Beach.
